CIUD held the 2014 first HSK Test at 8 AM on Jun. 14th 2014. This is the 6th HSK Test held in CIUD since CIUD was established. CIUD is the only HSK Test center authorized by Hanban in Dubai.
This HSK Test has the biggest scale, more levels and most students since CIUD hosted the test, which reflects gradually standardization and regularization of HSK Test.
This test covers Level 1 to Level 5 and the number of the test takers is more than that in 2012 and 2013. Besides CIUD students, a lot of test takers are from other cities and countries around Dubai, such as Iran, Spine, Egypt and Abu Dhabi because of CIUD vigorous propaganda and advertisement.
The HSK Test registration system was open two months before the test and CIUD teachers guided the students to register on line and confirm on site. The deadline for test registration was May the 20th and all the information of the test takers was uploaded, collected and submitted to Hanban Test Center.
CIUD made full preparation to make sure the HSK Test was smoothly conducted. One week before the test, CIUD organized a meeting related to the test and made full preparation for all aspects of the test. All CIUD staff undertook test invigilation after strict training of the test. Director Ma carefully checked all aspects of the test such as the examine room arrangement, papers confidential, test listening equipment debugging, and handling of emergencies during the test to ensure the test was smoothly and successfully conducted.
In the day of the test, all the five levels of HSK Test were completed successfully. CIUD will do more propaganda of HSK Test and ensure the standardization of HSK Test in order to attract more Chinese lovers to take HSK Test.
